Unworn or unused merchandise may be exchanged for a store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with the appropriate tags attached. Please contact us with the details prior to sending the item back.
Evening bags, bridal accessories and merchandise labelled “clearance” or “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygienic reasons, all pierced earrings are final sale and not returnable. Please consider this before purchasing.
We cannot be responsible for damages of items once purchased. Damages due to manufactures defects will be refunded/replaced with the exact same merchandise.
Exchanges may also be done in-store. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Pickup is now available! Orders using store pickup may take anywhere between 1-4 days to process. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email from us.
